TERMS & CONDITIONS – Sleepy Fox's Next Pet Model Contest

1. To participate in this competition Entrant must:

• • Emotion – the video’s ability to capture the emotion and joy of pets enjoying their Sleepy Fox® Snuggle Cave Bed.  For instance, show your pet eagerly entering or snuggling into their Snuggle Cave
  • Format - Videos must be in vertical format - meaning hold your phone up and down when videoing 

  • Length - Video length should be approximately 18 seconds .
  • Longer or full content videos can be submitted via email in addition to posting 18 seconds at woof@sleepy-fox.com
  • Video Quality - videos must be 1) high quality, 2) brightly lit and 3) in clear focus 
  • Placement of the Sleepy Fox® Snuggle Cave  - the Snuggle Cave Bed should be the focus of the scene
  • Showecase your Sleepy Fox® in a clean space, brightly lit with no clutter or visual distractions
  • Creativity - get creative and show the joy your Sleepy Fox® gives to your pet

3. Sleepy Fox's Next Pet Model video competition will run until 23:59 on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 CET. Winners will be notified by email or messenger by June 13, 2022.

4. Multiple video entries are allowed. However, the background and setting of each video entry must be significantly different to be considered as a separate entry.

5. From 1 – 5 winners will be selected based upon the above qualifications. Selection of winners will be made after the competition deadline of 23:59 on May 31, 2022  Eligible entries must fulfill all of the criteria noted in “1) and 2)” as listed above. Entries made after the deadline will not be counted.

• At lease 1 winner will be chosen, however, Sleepy Fox® reserves the right to choose more than 5 winners at their discretion.

6. The contest is open to residents of the European Union over the age of 18.

• Prizes can only be shipped to EU countries.
• Entries can be considered from outside of the EU, if entrant agrees in advance to pay International shipping costs and any associated import VAT

7. Winners can choose between 3 of the below prize options in addition to a discount code:

Additionally, the winner(s) will receive a discount code valid for 50% of a one-time purchase on sleepy-fox.com/ sleepy-fox.de.

• Discount code is valid for 60 days after the time of issue and is only valid for in stock items
• Discount code is good for a one time purchase on Sleepy-fox.com or Sleepy-fox.de
• Discount code is valid for a 50% discount, up to €125 discounted value on a one time purchase of up to €250 retail value.
• Disccout code is valid only on sales shipping within the EU
• Discount code has not monetary value
• Discount code may be applied retroactively for a refund (of up to €125 discount) on purchases made for the intent of this contest and purchased between May 1 – 31, 2022

8. Delivery of the Sleepy Fox® contest prizes will be made to one mailing address in the European Union via DHL (or similar) within 14 days of the announcement of the contest

9. The lucky winner(s) will be contacted via Instagram direct messenger or email (if available) and will need to respond to Sleepy Fox® within 1 week with full name, email and mailing address.

10. No purchase is necessary; however, you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram and/or Facebook. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.

11. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.

12. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged nor returned for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

13.  By entering this contest the winner(s) is authorizing Sleepy Fox® and Happy Hanalei GmbH to use the winning video entry, or still photos derived from videos, in perpetuity to promote Sleepy Fox® on various sales channels and social media platforms.

14. The winner will have 1 week to claim their prize from the time and date that they are contacted via direct messengeror email. After this time Sleepy Fox® reserves the right to select a new winner from eligible entries.

15. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to Sleepy Fox® and Happy Hanalei GmbH collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.

16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current EU data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.

17. The winner's name can be obtained by sending an SAE and cover letter to: Sleepy Fox® by Happy Hanalei GbmH, Reinhardtstrasse 47, 10117 Berlin, Germany, after closure of the promotion.

18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to Sleepy Fox® and not to Instagram. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.

19. The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.

20. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
